About

A little bit about me.

I'm Erik, a developer working towards a career in Solutions Architecture, DevOps, backend development, and databases.

I'm particularly interested in automation and Python scripting, and I enjoy building complete systems that are simple, secure, and, most importantly, maintainable.

I'm currently expanding my knowledge of industry tools and technologies including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and data structures and algorithms. This website itself is hosted on AWS, and you can explore how it was built in the project overview.

My current goal is to earn the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification by the end of October, while continuing to build practical projects and deepen my understanding of cloud and infrastructure.
